Employer Abiliti

Employer Abiliti Project

FREE workshops to build employer disability confidence and develop inclusive workplaces

Research tells us that inclusive workplaces are:

  • more committed
  • more productive
  • more innovative

Despite the benefits, many employers grapple with the concept of employing people with disability. Fears and attitudes remain a significant barrier.

Employer Abiliti will breakdown these barriers!   Designed and delivered by people with disability, the workshops promise to be unique, thought-provoking and informative.

Employers will gain the tools, confidence and support they need to build inclusive workplaces and grow their workforce by employing people with disability.

The free workshops will be delivered in Darwin, Palmerston and Katherine from early 2026.
